Head Coach of Ohio Storm Premier 07 Veno and Ohio Storm 2029 National.

Ryan Christopher brings 25 years of financial services experience, including multiple senior leadership roles focused on strategy and product development.
He has spent more than 12 years in travel softball as a parent, giving him firsthand insight into athlete and family needs.
Ryan is also co-owner of Crew Sports, a company that supports athletes through the recruiting process and runs skills camps across Northeast Ohio.

Over 30 years of coaching experience, primarily as a non-parent coach. A former player at multiple competitive levels, with coaching experience at the local, travel, and high school levels, helping many athletes successfully navigate the path to college softball. This experience has developed a strong eye for talent and a long-standing commitment to athlete development, accountability, and placing players in environments where they can thrive both on and off the field.

Former collegiate softball player with over 15 years of coaching experience at the travel and high school varsity levels. Owner of a Illusion Fastpitch Training, where she works closely with softball pitchers to develop strong fundamentals, enhance performance, and build confidence. Known for a player-focused approach that emphasizes competitive growth, skill development, and long-term success both on and off the field.
